We'll be straight with you: St. Petersburg is the far end of our territory. Our base is on Island Estates in Clearwater, which puts most of St. Pete 35 to 50 minutes away. We still serve the whole city, with the same $79 diagnostic credited to the repair and the same 45-day parts and labor warranty, but we schedule St. Pete appointments in blocks so the drive doesn't eat into your window.

St. Pete's housing is older and more varied than most of the county. Historic Kenwood alone covers 375 acres, and more than half of its homes are bungalows built between about 1912 and 1945; the Old Northeast now falls under the same kind of preservation ordinance. The 2024 season hit the city hard as well. Helene drove water 6.3 feet above average high tide at the Albert Whitted gauge — a record — and flooded Shore Acres and Snell Isle, and two weeks later Milton shredded Tropicana Field's roof while a water main break forced the city to shut off tap water.

Getting to you: About 35–50 minutes from our Island Estates base — roughly 20–25 miles via US-19 or I-275, depending on the neighborhood and traffic. St. Pete is the farthest city we serve, so we group visits here and give realistic arrival windows.

Yes. It's roughly 35 to 50 minutes from our base, so we plan St. Pete visits in groups, but the price is the same as anywhere else in Pinellas — no travel surcharge.

Can I get same-day service in St. Petersburg?

Sometimes, but we won't promise it. Because of the drive, next-day is more typical here. A refrigerator that has stopped cooling gets priority.

Can you work on appliances in a 1920s bungalow?

Yes. We're used to narrow doorways, original floors and kitchens that were remodeled around the appliances. We protect the floor, check the circuit and tell you if a unit can't come out without removing trim.
