Pinellas Park sits in the middle of the county — a flat, inland city of about 53,000 people organized around Park Boulevard, US-19 and its I-275 exits. We cover its single-family streets, 55+ communities such as the Mainlands of Tamarac by the Gulf, and the many mobile and manufactured-home parks spread through town.

Being inland doesn't make a home immune to water trouble. The city is low enough that it has its own water management district maintaining drainage canals, and Milton's record rainfall in October 2024 caused localized flooding across Pinellas. Tap water is bought wholesale from Pinellas County, which delivers the regional Tampa Bay Water blend, and gas customers are on Peoples Gas. Mako's technician has more than six years of hands-on repair work behind him; every visit opens with a $79 diagnostic that's credited to the repair, and finished work carries our own 45-day parts and labor warranty.

Getting to you: About 30–35 minutes south of our Island Estates base, usually by way of US-19.

What we see in Pinellas Park

Manufactured and mobile homes
Narrow utility closets, 24-inch ranges, apartment-size refrigerators and dryers vented through the floor or skirting are everyday sights in Pinellas Park's park communities. We bring tools sized for tight spaces and inspect the vent run whenever a dryer is slow.
55+ community rules
Communities like the Mainlands set rules for contractors, parking and arrival times. Share your community's check-in process and we'll follow it.
Low, flat terrain
Heavy rain can push water into garages and laundry rooms here even miles from the coast. A washer or chest freezer that sat in standing water needs its wiring and motor checked before it's plugged back in. Garage freezers on the slab are the most exposed, because even a few inches of water reaches the compressor and the start relay.
Fill-valve screens on county water
Over the years the Tampa Bay Water blend can leave sediment and mineral deposits on the small screens inside fill valves. When a washer fills slowly or a dishwasher throws a fill error, cleaning those screens is our first step.

Pinellas Park appliance repair FAQ

Do you repair appliances in mobile and manufactured homes?

Yes. Compact refrigerators, 24-inch ranges and stacked laundry are routine for us, and we respect each park's rules on vehicles and visiting hours. If the problem turns out to be the home's wiring or plumbing rather than the appliance, we'll show you what we found so you can bring in the right trade.

Can you find a part for my 24-inch range?

Usually. Narrow ranges share many bake elements, igniters and switches with full-size models. We look the part up by model number and confirm availability before quoting.

How quickly can you reach Pinellas Park?

It's roughly a half-hour drive. Most visits are booked same day or next, and a fridge that has stopped cooling moves up the list.

Are you the warranty company listed on my appliance paperwork?

No. Our 45-day warranty belongs to Mako and covers only work we perform. We aren't factory-authorized either, so a repair still under the manufacturer's warranty should go to them.
