How much is the diagnostic visit?

$79, and it's credited in full toward the repair when you go ahead. Same price in every area we serve.
Will I know the price before you start?

Yes. After diagnosing, we give you a flat written price. Nothing is repaired without your approval.
Scheduling
What are your hours?

Open 7 days · 7:30am–8:30pm.
Do you offer same-day service?
+
Most days, yes — especially in Clearwater, Clearwater Beach and Dunedin. Refrigerators and freezers that aren't cooling get priority.
Do I need to be home?

Someone over 18 should be there, or for rentals and second homes we can use a lockbox or door code with your written permission.

What warranty do you offer?

Do you use original parts?

We use OEM (manufacturer) parts or equivalent-quality parts from established appliance-parts suppliers, and we tell you which before installing.

Can you send a certificate of insurance to my condo building?

Yes. Send us your building's requirements when you book and we'll send it before the visit.
Do you work with property managers and vacation-rental hosts?

Yes — scheduling around turnovers, lockbox access, photo reports and invoices sent to the owner or manager.
