Can you send a certificate of insurance to my condo association?

Yes. Email or text us the management company's COI requirements (certificate holder name, additional insured wording) when you book, and we'll send it to the building before the visit.
Do you repair stacked washer-dryers in condo closets?

Yes — full-size and compact stacked units, including 24-inch European models. We bring what's needed to separate and reinstall them safely.
My dishwasher leaked into the unit below. Can you help?

Shut off the dishwasher and the valve under the sink, then call us. We'll find and fix the leak and give you a written report for your association or insurer.
I'm out of state. Can you repair the appliance while I'm away?

Yes. With your written permission we can use a lockbox, door code or the front desk, and send photos and the invoice when we're done.
Is there a building or parking surcharge?

No. Same prices as a house call.
