What's covered
- The specific part we installed, if it fails from a defect within 45 days
- Our workmanship — if the same repair fails within 45 days, we come back and fix it free
- The return trip and diagnosis for a covered claim
What's not covered
- Different parts or problems unrelated to the original repair
- Damage from power surges, lightning, flooding, storms or pests
- Misuse, physical damage or cosmetic damage
- Parts supplied by the customer
- Appliances repaired or modified by anyone else after our visit
The warranty is ours — there's no third-party warranty company involved. If something we fixed fails within 45 days, you call us directly and we come back.
Warranty questions
A different part broke after your repair. Is that covered?

No — the warranty covers the part we installed and our workmanship, not other parts that wear out later. That said, if it's a new problem within a few weeks of our visit, call us; we'll be fair about the diagnostic fee.
How do I make a warranty claim?

Call or text us with your invoice date or address. We'll schedule a return visit; there's no charge for a covered claim.
Does the warranty transfer if I sell my home?

Yes. The warranty follows the appliance, not the owner, for the rest of its term.
